Stir-fried Beef Slices with Chilies, Onions and Cilantro | 洋葱香菜生煎牛肉

The Stir-fried Beef Slices with Chilies, Onions and Cilantro is a common dish served at home in Sichuan China.  The beef slices are stir-fried after it's marinated and slightly fried, then mixed with onion slivers and cilantro, as well as the Mala Pot Sauce.  The finished dish is very aromatic with spicy and numbing taste typical of Sichuan cuisine.

Here is the recipe:

Preparation Time: 20 min

Cooking Time: 15-20 min

Ingredients:

1. Beef Tenderloin - 1 lb

2. Cilantro - 2 bunches

3. Onion - 7oz

4. Lettuce - 1 

5. Mala Pot Sauce - 2oz

6. Vegetable Oil - 2oz

7. Dried Chilies - 1oz

8. Rice Wine - 0.5 oz

9. Salt - to your taste

Instructions:

1. Cut Beef Tenderloin into thin slices and marinate with salt and rice wine for 30 min

2. Put vegetable oil in a wok and fry the beef slices with low heat and get the beef out for later use

3. Cut the lettuce, onion into slivers and cut cilantro into 1 inch pieces

4. Put the lettuce slivers in the plate;

5. Put vegetable in a wok and stir fry the dried chilies till the aroma comes out;

6. Add onion slivers and fried beef slices into the wok and stir fry with high heat;

7. Add Mala Pot sauce into the work while turn down to low heat;

8. Stir fry the sauce, beef and onion and then add cilantro piece right before you turn off the heat;

9. Pour the mix from the wok to the plate and ready to serve.

主料:牛肉片
配料:香菜段、生菜、洋葱
调料:食盐、米酒、干辣椒段、圣厨宝麻辣香锅酱、食用油


制作流程 :
1、 将牛肉片加食盐、米酒码味;
2、生菜切丝铺在盘底,洋葱同时切丝备用;
3、锅烧油炸制牛肉片成热捞入沥干油;
4、锅留少油下辣椒干爆香,下洋葱丝及油炸后的牛肉片,再放圣厨宝麻辣香锅酱汁调味翻炒带香;
5、下香菜段再翻炒出香,装入生菜丝的器盘即成
