Oyster Omelet with Mala Pot Sauce | 泡椒蛋煎生蠔

Oyster Meat, egg, pickled Jalapeno, salt, oil, cornstarch, Spicy Element Mala Pot Sauce

Instruction:

1. Clean oyster meat up and drain it out, set aside.
2. Mix egg, cornstarch, oyster meat and salt together, set aside.
3. Get a wok and heat up around 2 tablespoons oil, and add oyster meat and cook both sides.
