Sichuan Sausage is made by Chef Liu Houston and manufactured by a DOA approved butcher shop in Houston Texas.  The chili powder and Sichuan pepper powder are made from Shengchubao chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns imported from China.

Based on the tradtional recipe, our Sichuan sausage maintains the authentic Sichuan Mala taste, giving you the ultimate taste experience.
