A. Sales Director

Sales Director will lead the sales team for business development and sales team. S/he will be responsible for reaching sales target. S/he directly reports to the managing director. 

Major responsibilities: 

  1. Develop sales plan and set sale tasks and targets for Sales team ; 
  2. Build and lead sales team in order to reach the sales target; 
  3. Build and maintain relationships with top clients; 
  4. Develop and execute annual sales budget;
  5. Other tasks/projects assigned by the managing director; 

Qualification and Skills: 

  1. Must be fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken; 
  2. Must have work experience in sales leadership role,in restaurant supply business and/or in grocery and food wholesale business;
  3. Self-motivated and ability to work independently; 
  4. Ability to travel up to 50% of work time; 

Location: no requirement

Compensation will commensurate with experience and be largely based on sales performance

B. Warehouse/Supply Chain Manager 

The warehouse / supply chain manager is set to build an operational team to carry out the daily operation of a warehouse(distribution center).  S/he is also working with external partners including freight forwarders, trucking companies, Less-Truck-Load carrers, express package carriers and custom brokers to ensure the smooth function of our supply chain solution. 

Major responsibilities: 

  1. Build and manage a team to run warehouse and distribution fuctions;
  2. Manage the trans-pacific supply chain from China to US;
  3. Manage the warehouse workers (employees or contractors);
  4. Work and build relationship with supply chain partners including freight forwarders, package carriers (Fedex, UPS and USPS), custom brokers, trucking companies.
  5. Build the supply chain reporting and design KPI for warehouse management 
  6. Expected educational level: Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related degree

Qualification and Skills: 

  1. Must be fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken; 
  2. Must have leadership experience in warehouse / supply chain function, preferably in wholesale/retail food business;
  3. Self-motivated and ability to work independently;

C. Internet Marketing Manager

As a new comer in the US market, SNS Food LLC is founded in 2015 at Houston Texas as the whole-owned subsidiary of Chengdu SNS biotechnology Ltd. Company to develop the US market for Chinese flavors, condiments and cooking sauces. This position will develop and lead the e-commerce team on various data analysis projects, including but not limited to SEO, Amazon campaign and etc.  

Major responsibilities: 

  1. Report to the managing director and lead the internet team;
  2. Develop online marketing plan and research on internet trend providing insights into the online ad effectiveness;
  3. Develop internet sales plan and make recommendations e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Jet.com and other platforms;
  4. Develop budget for online B2C business 
  5. Other tasks/projects assigned by the managing director; 

Qualification and Skills: 

  1. Must be fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken; 
  2. Must have 4-year college degree and business-related major in business and related discipline;
  3. Must be proficient user on Microsoft office, especially on Excel;
  4. Proficient in using major social media platform and willing to learn Google Analytics within short period of time 
  5. At least 3 year experience in internet marketing, e-commerce;
