使用说明:一、开水浸泡红苕粉至回软备用;二、碗中放入酸辣粉调味料、醋,加入开水200克搅拌均匀;三、将浸泡后的红薯粉放入开水中煮30秒,放入碗中,即可食用。推荐用量:20克酸辣粉调味料适用于100克粉条

Recommended usage: 1 ½ table spoon (about 20g) of Hot and Sour Sauce for 3.5 ounces (100g) of rice noodles

 Preparation instructions:

  1. Put rice noodles in the hot water till they are soft;
  2. Simmer soft rice noodles in boiled water for about 2 minutes and get them in a bowl;
  3. Add the Hot and Sour Sauce in the bowl;
  4. Add rice vinegar in the bowl;
  5. Mix the sauce and vinegar with the noodles
