This braised chicken (黄焖鸡）is one of the most famous chicken dishes in China and has many variations. This sauce is based on the original recipe and is very aromatic.

- Clean 500g chicken and cut into 3cm cubes;
- Mix 50g sauce with 250g water;
- Mix chicken cubes, ginger slices and mushroom with the sauce/water mix and put into pressure cooker, put pressure cooker in high heat and after the pressure regulator starts to rock cook for another 9 minutes and turn off the heat, after the pressure regulator stop moving, the Braised chicken is ready to serve.
Recommended Usage: For every 500g chicken use 50g sauce.
