Fresh Chili in oil uses Chao Tian Jiao (Facing Heaven Peppers) to make the product. Although the product is made in Taiwan, it uses the same manufacturer processes as its counterparts in Sichuan.  It is a must-have ingredient for many Sichuan Cuisine dishes such as Fish-flavored stir-fried pork slivers, Fish with Chopped Chili and etc. It can also be consumed directly from the jar if you love the high heat generated from Facing Heaven Peppers.

The product is made from fresh chili, soybean oil, water, salt, malic acid, citric acid. After the jar is open, it needs to be stored in your refrigerator.
