Pickled Bamboo Shoot Zha Cai is a type of pickled mustard plant stem originating from Sichuan China. It is commonly known as Sichuan vegetable or Chinese preserved vegetable. Pickled vegetable is used in many of the various cuisines, such as Noodle with Pickle Vegetable Soup and Dan Dan Noodles. We have three different flavor of pickle vegetable, original, hot chili, and bamboo flavor that you can chose. We recommend that pickle vegetable stores in a cool and dry place.
